Sam Chud
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Sam brings over a decade of operating experience across marketing, sales, commercial strategy, and corporate strategy at Keurig Dr Pepper, a Fortune 500 company. He holds a BBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and is currently completing his Executive MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Jake Lynch
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Jake has spent his entire career in the financial sector, including roles in equity research, business analytics, and financial services. Most recently, he served as Operating Partner at TRIA Capital Partners, a private-equity firm investing in fee-only wealth management platforms. He holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from UVA's Darden School of Business.
jake@reciprocalwealth.comSam and Jake met while attending high school at Noble & Greenough School in Dedham, MA. They bonded during frequent hangs and poker games with their friends Matt, Brian, and Peter.
Sam and Jake remained friends for the next 15 years, then, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the two of them began playing weekly pickleball matches, followed by the occasional beer and Caesar Salad. During these meetups, they uncovered a shared passion for entrepreneurship and interest in finance.
It was during these conversations that the concept for what would become Reciprocal Wealth was born.

We offer financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and tax planning. That means assessing your current and future financial prospects, defining personalized goals, constructing a portfolio to match your risk tolerance, guiding you through retirement accounts, and using strategies like tax-loss harvesting to reduce your tax burden.
We have a transparent fee structure that bills monthly at a percentage of assets under management. We use a sliding scale so that there are no sudden changes resulting from shifts in tiers.
If we sell our interests in the firm to another party, you will receive compensation in line with your share of our assets under management once you assign your assets to the new ownership. It acts like a "trade kicker" in sports — when a player is traded to another team, he receives a bump in salary in exchange for making the transition.
We meet with clients on an as-requested basis. If we don't hear from you often, we typically reach out about once per quarter to update you on performance and talk about whatever is on your mind.
